Which yoga style is best for beginners?
At Arkos Fitness Gym, most of our classes are beginner-friendly, including Vinyasa, Hatha–Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. These sessions are designed to be easy to follow while still helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
If you prefer something slower and more relaxed, Yin yoga is a great place to start. If you want a bit more movement, our Vinyasa-based classes offer a gentle flow that you can take at your own pace.
Our instructors will guide you and help you feel comfortable, no matter your starting level.
Cardio, on the other hand, helps you burn calories during the workout and improves your heart health, stamina, and overall fitness. It’s a great addition to your routine, especially for boosting energy and supporting weight loss.
