Ages 3–5: Learning Through Movement and Play
For our youngest participants, movement is all about fun, discovery and building confidence.
Classes combine simple exercises with games, music, imagination and short activity blocks that keep children engaged and excited to participate.
Ages 6–11: Building Skills and Confidence
For school-age children, classes become more structured while keeping plenty of fun, variety and opportunities to explore.
Classes may also include short learning sections or mini workshops where children focus more closely on a pose, movement, rhythm, coordination skill or simple sequence.
Each session gives children opportunities to stay active, develop new skills and build on what they have learned from one class to the next.
Ages 12–15: Progressing Toward Adult-Level Training
Our planned teen programs are designed as the next step in the progression toward adult-level training.
Sessions can follow a structure and intensity similar to our adult classes, combined with coaching, group energy and activities designed especially for teenagers.
The goal is to give teens a motivating place where they can train, improve fitness and skills, build confidence and enjoy being active together with people their own age.
Classes are planned for future schedules. Contact us if your teenager would be interested in joining.
